Join Wine and Spirits Education Specialist Barbara Drew for this special tasting focusing on women in the wine industry. It will start with a looking back through the history of female influence in wine, beginning in Champagne with the contribution of the Grandes Dames in the 1800s. Moving on to the twentieth century, it will explore how the two World Wars changed the face of viticulture and vinification, before looking at the influence of female winemakers today.

Attendees will get to taste a broad spectrum of delicious wines crafted by some of the most talented winemakers in the world today, all accompanied by a selection of artisan cheeses and Berry Bros & Rudd's Head Chef’s specially-designed canapés.
