For over 20 years, two Michelin-starred Oaxen Krog, located on Stockholm’s Djurgården island, has prided itself on producing unique and creative dishes, using ethically and sustainably sourced ingredients, which are predominantly taken from Oaxen Krog’s own farm or in areas surrounding the city.
Diners will have a rare opportunity to sample Magnus Ek’s signature style as part of the special six-course menu, with some dishes incorporating native Swedish ingredients brought to London especially for the occasion, such as potato miso and forest capers.
Henrik Ritzén’s dedication to authentic, Nordic-inspired cuisine, using high-quality, seasonal ingredients will complete this showcase of the best Scandinavian fare.
