Restaurant 108 opened in 2016 and is the sibling to the world-famous Noma. Located between Christianshavns Canal and the new bridge Inderhavnsbroen, 108 holds one star in the Michelin Nordic Cities guide. Chef and co-owner, Kristian Baumann and his team have created an urban restaurant that through its food, maintains close proximity to nature. The menu explores 'The Copenhagen Kitchen' through local ingredients and traditional methods such as foraging, pickling, fermenting etc.

Ikoyi was awarded its first Michelin star in 2018, and is home to the unique cuisine from co-founders, Chef Jeremy Chan and Restaurant Director Iré Hassan-Odukale. One of the most exciting restaurants in the capital, Ikoyi’s cuisine is totally unique to themselves and arguably the most innovative in the city. Jeremy uses the myriad of rich spice found throughout the region of West Africa, alongside the freshest British produce possible for his dishes, the cuisine is a contrast of elegance and balance, paired with the fearless enjoyment of the taste and flavours of the season.

The collaboration menu, available for lunch or dinner, will be a blind tasting of 9 servings for £150. An optional beverage pairing is also available for £80. Book a table via Ikoyi's website.
