St James's is offering you the opportunity to win a dinner for two at ‘O ver; to enjoy their delightful three course meal and one bottle of house wine, to be chosen by their own sommelier.

This prize draw is free to enter. The prize draw is open to UK residents only.

There will be one winner; the prize is a dinner for two at ‘O ver St James’s, which includes 2x starter, 2x main course, 2x dessert per person and one bottle of wine chosen by their sommelier. Reservation is required; please mention offer when reserving.

The prize draw starts on the 7th May 2019.

The prize draw is open until 17th May 2019. The winner will be chosen at random after this date and contacted within 3 days of being chosen.

The winner must claim their prize by 30th June 2019.

The prize must be acknowledged by the winner within 24 hours after being sent the notification (via Instagram Direct Message) of winning. If the prize is unacknowledged then the winner's prize will be forfeited and the promoter will be entitled to select another winner at random.

All entrants must be 18 or over.

Can be redeemed on a Monday & Tuesday between 3pm - 10pm only.

The promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault.

All aspects of the prizes are non-exchangeable and non-transferable. Winning tickets cannot be exchanged for cash.

Insofar as is permitted by law, the promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winners or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees.

Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry to the prize draw. The promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

As a St James’s London prize winner, you expressly grant St James’s London and The Crown Estate the right to use your name and photograph in any publicity materials displayed in the UK and online for the following 2 years.
