St James's Correspondent is offering the opportunity to win dinner for two at San Carlo, which includes 3 courses per person and one bottle of wine.

This prize draw is free to enter. The prize draw is open to UK residents only.

There will be one winner; the prize is a dinner for two at San Carlo, which includes 3 courses per person and one bottle of wine.

The prize draw starts on the 11th October 2018.

The prize draw is open until 15th January 2019. The winner will be chosen at random after this date and contacted within 3 days of being chosen.

The winner must claim their prize before January 1st 2020.

The prize must be acknowledged by the winner within 24 hours after being sent the notification (via email) of winning. If the prize is unacknowledged then the winner's prize will be forfeited and the promoter will be entitled to select another winner at random.

All entrants must be 18 or over.

The promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault.

All aspects of the prizes are non-exchangeable and non-transferable. Winning tickets cannot be exchanged for cash.

Insofar as is permitted by law, the promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winners or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry to the prize draw. The promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

As a St James’s London prize winner, you expressly grant St James’s London and The Crown Estate the right to use your name and photograph in any publicity materials displayed in the UK and online for the following 2 years.
