Wiltons British menu aims to offer the freshest fish, game and meats from the very best fleets and farms in the United Kingdom representing the epitome of English cuisine.

To launch Wiltons new English sparkling wine collection, they have teamed up with pioneering English sparkling wine producer, Nyetimber to bring you a unique experience on Jermyn Street outside Wiltons with ‘The Nyetimber’.

‘The Nyetimber’ is a beautifully reimagined 1968 Routemaster bus which offers a luxurious, quintessentially British setting where guests can relax and enjoy a glass of England’s finest sparkling wine accompanied by either half a dozen freshly shucked Jersey Rock oysters or expertly sliced Secret Smokehouse ‘London Cure’ Scottish salmon for £20.

This experience is available on Thursday 23rd May 2019 and Friday 24th May 2019 from 12pm to 8pm at hourly intervals. With limited availability, booking is advisable.
