The Cocktail Safari consists of 4 venues across the neighbourhood that will showcase the best of St James’s drinking hot- spots, including The Stafford, Chutney Mary, Cafe Murano and the newly opened, Norris’s.

This exclusive tour is curated and led by renowned cocktail guru and Diageo World Class ambassador, Spike Marchant, whose expertise will guide you through the evening’s offerings.

The Stafford London

The tour will begin with American Bar at The Stafford, tucked away in the beautiful Blue Ball Yard cul-de-sac. The venue boasts of 12 specially-curated cocktails that take you on a historical journey around the streets of St James’s, complete with stories on the hidden secrets of the area. Here you can enjoy a mixology masterclass, as they demonstrate the making of their 'The White Mouse', 'The Oppenheimer' and non-alcoholic option 'The Scoop.'

Chutney Mary
