Chris Beetles Gallery is pleased to present launch of A Sparrow's Life's as Sweet as Ours, a collection of the last five years of The Oldie magazine's Bird of the Month column, illustrated by Carry Akroyd, with accompanying text by writer, ornithologist and art critic, John McEwen.

Carry Akroyd's delightfully colourful, impressionistic screenprints beautifully capture not only the huge variety of Great British birds, but also their attractively rendered habitats, from the Guillemot's craggy clifftops, to the Parakeet's adopted urban home. They are available to purchase for £350 each (£450 framed).
