Become a wine connoisseur in a day with Berry Bros and Rudd’s ‘Introduction to Wine’ evening course. Enjoy a sparkling wine reception in the Pickering Cellar, before a two-hour session designed to build your confidence in wine tasting. Tasting through eight wines from around the world, including wonderful examples from Châteauneuf-du-Pape and Barolo, you will learn to identify acidity, tannin, alcohol level and the age of a wine. You will leave a more self-assured taster, equipped to discover which wines you do and don’t like, and – even more importantly – why.
