Christie’s are holding an event to explore how we document and tell stories from the world around us, from traditional mediums to technological innovations. Meet likeminded culture lovers and learn about history from experts including historians and TV presenters Dan Jones and Dr Janina Ramirez. An array of specialists will give talks, including British portrait photographer John Swannell in coversation with Jude Hull.

The evening will also see the launch of Dan Snow’s video-on-demand service, HistoryHit, and an experience of the first virtual reality museum with over 350 works of art from a private collection. Chinese Ceramics & Works of Art, Photography, Lalique and Impressionist and Modern Art will be on view
